What is the typical range for your GMRS and GXT handheld radios?

Range varies significantly based on terrain and obstructions. Under ideal conditions (line of sight), radios can reach up to 36 miles. In urban or wooded areas, typical range is between 1 and 5 miles.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM CST are usually processed the same business day.

What is your return policy for electronic equipment?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included to be eligible for a full refund.

Do Midland weather radios come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our weather and two-way radios come with a 1-year or 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
